About Us

About Karnavati Charitable Trust

The Karnavati Charitable Trust , established in 2022, is a non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with registration number E/23440/AHMEDABAD and NITI AAYOG registration GJ/2022/0307691. Founded by Mrs. Anamika Singha, daughter of Mr. Subhendu Singha, a retired government teacher, and Mrs. Anita Singha, a dedicated social worker, the foundation is headquartered in B-8,Hemkoot Complex,Ashram Road,Ahmedabad-380009. Since its inception, the foundation has been committed to uplifting vulnerable and underprivileged sections of society through targeted programs in education, nutrition, safe drinking water, environmental conservation, elderly literacy, and economic empowerment. The organization operates with a motto to create a healthier society and environment, engaging in various voluntary activities and programs, particularly for children and marginalized communities, to foster social, economic, and psychological well-being.

At Karnavati Charitable Trust, we are driven by a passion to uplift the most vulnerable in our society—children, Below Poverty Line families, and communities in tea garden areas. Since our inception in 2024, our mission has been to empower through education, ensure access to nutrition and safe drinking water, and foster economic independence for those who need it most. As the founder and director, I am committed to creating a healthier, more equitable society where every individual can thrive. Together, with our dedicated team and supporters, we strive to build a sustainable future, safeguarding basic rights and fostering hope for the underprivileged. Join us in this journey to make a lasting impact.

Our Objectives

Education for Vulnerable Children

To provide free education and literacy programs for dropout students and underprivileged children, ensuring they have access to quality learning opportunities and basic rights awareness.

Nutrition and Health Support

To offer nutrition programs for weaker sections of society, including BPL families and vulnerable communities, promoting healthy living and addressing malnutrition issues.

Safe Drinking Water Initiatives

To ensure access to clean and safe drinking water in underserved areas, particularly in rural and tea garden communities, to improve public health and sanitation.

Environmental Protection and Forestry

To promote environmental conservation, forest protection, and sustainable practices that contribute to a healthier ecosystem and climate resilience for future generations.

Women Empowerment and Social Welfare

To empower women through economic opportunities, skill development, and awareness programs, while providing social welfare support to protect and uplift marginalized groups.

Elderly Literacy and Economic Upliftment

To focus on literacy programs for the elderly and economic empowerment initiatives for those living in undaunted conditions, fostering overall societal well-being.
