Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services, website, programs, or resources provided by KARNAVATI CHARITABLE TRUST , registered as a Section 8 Company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website (karnavaticharitabletrust.org), participation in our programs, donations, volunteer activities, and all interactions with our foundation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
About Our Foundation
Karnavati Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with DARPAN ID: KA/2025/0847633, and certified by ISO 9001:2015 (KSRGE2510202924). Our registered office is located at 4th Main 1st Cross Gourishankara Nagara, Ranebennur – 581115, Karnataka, India. Our mission is to empower marginalized communities by providing education, healthcare, and sustainable development programs. We work towards reducing poverty in rural India and empowering underprivileged youth through comprehensive initiatives in education, nutrition, health, and livelihoods. We serve as a collaborative partner with schools, government agencies, and local organizations to deliver impactful programs for the underprivileged.
Use of Services and Programs
Our foundation offers various services including educational programs, healthcare initiatives, skill development training, community empowerment projects, and humanitarian aid. Participation in any of our programs or use of our services is subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and our operational capacity. We reserve the right to accept or decline participation requests based on our assessment of need, resource availability, and program requirements. Beneficiaries must provide accurate information during registration and enrollment processes. Misrepresentation or fraudulent information may result in disqualification from programs. All participants must respect our staff, volunteers, and fellow beneficiaries, maintaining a dignified and cooperative environment. We strive to provide quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from program participation.
Donations and Contributions
All donations made to KARNAVATI CHARITABLE TRUST are voluntary contributions towards our charitable objectives. Donors acknowledge that contributions are made without expectation of goods or services in return, except for tax receipts as applicable under Indian law. We accept donations through various channels including online payments, bank transfers, cheques, and in-kind contributions. All monetary donations are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Donors will receive acknowledgment receipts for all contributions. Tax exemption certificates will be provided as per applicable Indian tax laws and regulations. Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors, or fraudulent transactions. For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to utilize donations for the charitable purpose for which they were given or for general operational purposes if no specific designation was made.
Volunteer Agreement
Volunteers are valued members of our foundation who contribute their time, skills, and energy towards our mission. By registering as a volunteer, you agree to commit the time and effort specified during enrollment, follow all foundation policies and guidelines, maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information and organizational data, represent the foundation professionally in all interactions, and participate in required orientation and training programs. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old unless participating in supervised youth programs. We reserve the right to decline or terminate volunteer participation based on conduct, performance, or organizational needs. Volunteers serve at their own risk, and the foundation is not liable for injuries or damages incurred during voluntary activities except as required by law. Volunteers are not employees and are not entitled to compensation, benefits, or employment-related claims.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and compilation of materials is the property of KARNAVATI CHARITABLE TRUST or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The foundation name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks. You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our content requires prior written permission from the foundation. You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings from any content.
